The Account: BEOREGON, University of Oregon Athletics’ diversity and inclusion initiative

My Role: Media Planner / Strategist

The Situation: BEOREGON hired Allen Hall Advertising to increase brand awareness and implementation among the University of Oregon community, including student-athletes, students, faculty, and coaches. Initially, we were asked to create executions to further this goal. However, as a team, we found that our client’s asks were fragmented and were not achieving the initiative’s goal of creating a more inclusive and united campus. We devised a strategic plan to eliminate misconceptions about the initiative and expand its reach beyond Athletics.
