Slip Pillowcases Creative Brief

The Reason: In the fall of 2019 I was enrolled in an intensive Advertising course called Writing Design Concepts. For an assignment we were asked to create a creative brief for a brand that sparked our interest. I chose Slip, a high-end brand specializing in silk pillowcases and other silk sleeping products. The category of wellness and beauty attracted me, and their niche products posed an exciting challenge for a creative brief.

The Strategy: Appeal to the modern working woman by highlighting the efficiency of the product rather than the luxury.
